Password Reset Guidance
When you first register your associate member account, you are asked to provide your PERSONAL email account. This was designed to assist you in case you change employers. If you did so, the email to reset your password will go to that personal account. If you used your work email as your personal email, the reset email will go to your work inbox instead.
If you are not receiving a reset email to your personal or work account, please check your spam, junk, or other areas. You can also search for a message with the subject line, [KASFAA] Password Reset from the sender, service@kasfaa.com.
If you enter a username or email that you did not use to create your account, the site WILL NOT inform you that your entered information was not found, and the reset email will NEVER arrive. Should this occur please send an email to password@kasfaa.com, and a volunteer will respond to you as soon as possible.
