There are two types of registrations: Single Day for those attending only one of the three days, and Entire Conference for those attending for the duration.
There are two rate tiers for registration: the Annual Training Pass rate for those who have an active Annual Training Pass or paid corporate sponsorship for 2025-2026 and a Non-Annual Training Pass rate for those who do not. If you are uncertain and you are already logged in, you can check your Annual Training Pass Status anytime on our site. Your cooperation with choosing the correct rate tier reduces the workload on our volunteers.
If you are new to Financial Aid and have never attended a New Aid Officer Workshop, we encourage you to register for this pre-conference event. It is complimentary with any registration type or tier. It’s a great way to start your conference and your career.
There are several NASFAA U pre-conference trainings for an additional fee. This small additional charge helps us offset NASFAA’s annual licensing fee.
If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please list these and our registration volunteers will make special cards for you that you can use at mealtimes to assist the hotel staff with facilitating any special dietary needs.
When you submit your form, you will be taken to our payment portal hosted by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay. Under the login is a button that says Pay with Debit or Credit Card (see example) that bypasses account login or creation. If you are not ready to pay click Cancel and return to Kentucky Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, Inc. (see example) or simply close the payment portal browser. Checks are also accepted.
If you are a corporate sponsor or special guest, you still need to register for the conference. After submitting your registration, simply close the payment portal browser.
If you are a member of a large institution and would appreciate one invoice for all of your registered attendees, or someone that needs special invoicing, please do not hesitate to contact our treasurer for accommodation.
