Welcome to Bowling Green and the 2026 KASFAA Fall Conference!
Financial Aid Administrators are used to learning, serving, working, and implementing at turbo speed! It’s only fitting that we have our fall conference in Bowling Green, the home of the iconic Chevrolet Corvette Factory and the Bowling Green Hot Rods.
As we gather in a city known for precision engineering, innovation, and high-performance vehicles, I can’t help but think of the similarities between race car drivers who expertly navigate every curve of the track and financial aid professionals. We are constantly adjusting to changing road conditions. Over the past year, we’ve navigated new regulations, shifting priorities, emerging technologies, and an ever-changing landscape while keeping our focus where it belongs: helping students reach their educational goals, or should I say, the finish line?
The pace of change in financial aid isn’t slowing down, and neither are we. What makes KASFAA so special is that no one is left to navigate our work alone. We have an incredible community of professionals who willingly share their knowledge, lend support, and encourage one another through every challenge. That’s what makes this association more than just a professional organization, it’s a team.
As you enjoy the conference, I encourage you to step into every session with curiosity, connect with someone you’ve never met, ask questions, and share your own experiences. Whether you’re just starting your financial aid journey or have spent decades in the profession, each of us has something valuable to contribute, and each of us has something new to learn.

Your work changes lives every day, often behind the scenes, and I am continually inspired by your commitment, resilience, and passion for this profession. It is truly an honor to serve as your KASFAA President and to be part of such an outstanding association.
